These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Streamline Coaching LLC ("Streamline," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are
Streamline Coaching LLC is an education and coaching company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. We provide training, coaching, and community resources related to TikTok Shop affiliate and live selling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services. By using them, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Programs, Workshops & Coaching
We provide educational information and coaching only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results. Please review our Disclaimer for important information about earnings and outcomes.
4. Payments & Billing
Prices for paid programs are listed at the point of purchase. By enrolling, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the amounts shown, including any recurring or installment payments you select. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
5. Refund Policy
All Streamline Coaching programs come with a 100% Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee: if you complete a minimum of 60 livestreaming hours per month, follow the provided systems/scripts/SOPs, actively participate in mentorship, and submit verifiable proof of your hours and your net commission/revenue collected, and you still have not collected your full program investment in net revenue within your Guarantee Period, we will issue a full refund upon written request submitted within 7 days of the Guarantee Period ending; this refund is your sole remedy, and the guarantee is void if a payment dispute or chargeback interrupts your participation or if program conduct standards are violated. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by:
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing our content or login access without permission
- Copying our materials, branding, or methods for competing purposes
- Harassing other members, coaches, or staff
- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, and methods provided by Streamline are our property or licensed to us and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our method may involve third-party platforms (such as social media and marketplaces). We do not control those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to their rules, features, or availability.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamline and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Streamline harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a Streamline Coaching LLC ("Streamline," "we," "us," or "our") program or subscription. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with the Refund Policy in Section 5 of those Terms.
1. How To Cancel
To cancel, email [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, with your full name, the program you are enrolled in, and the words "Cancellation Request." We will confirm receipt in writing within 2 business days. A cancellation is effective on the date we receive your written request.
2. Recurring Memberships & Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring membership or subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, your request must be received at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges will be made. Charges already processed are not refunded, except as provided in the Refund Policy.
3. Paid-In-Full Programs
Programs purchased with a single payment may be cancelled at any time, and your access will end on cancellation. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Refunds are available only under the 100% Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
4. Installment Payment Plans
An installment plan is a way to pay the full program price over time; it is not a monthly subscription. If you cancel a program purchased on an installment plan, you remain responsible for the remaining installments under the plan you agreed to at checkout, and access may be suspended if scheduled payments are missed.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer so we can resolve the issue. As set out in our Refund Policy, the Money-Back Guarantee is void if a payment dispute or chargeback interrupts your participation.
6. Cancellation By Streamline
We may suspend or cancel your access if you violate our Terms & Conditions, including the Acceptable Use rules in Section 6. If we cancel a program for reasons other than your violation of our Terms, we will refund any amount you paid for services not yet provided.
